Participants will be guided through this creative experience by a trained Art Therapist who will help you remember special moments and express those memories through art.
The Active Seniors Program is offered in partnership with the Keshen Goodmen Library and with funding from the Community Health Boards.

The Active Seniors Program is on the road to Windsor to enjoy Apple Picking and a visit to the home of the world's largest pumpkins at Dill's Family Pumpkin Farm. Join us for a traditional Nova Scotian fall adventure!! Preregistration is required - email programs@nsresettlementsociety.com to register.

Online Workshop - Ready Neighbour: Community Resilience in face of Disruption
This workshop will help neighbours and communities learn how to plan and support each other when there is an emergency that disrupts normal life or services. Like a hurricane, heat wave, power outage. This is an important conversation for community leaders who want to help their neighbours in times of emergency or crises.
This workshop is online and the link will be sent to people who register.

This is part of the Nova Horizons Active Seniors Program and is the first in a series of 3 workshops where a professional instructor will help participants remember special moments from their lives and express those memories through art. The Workshops will be held on Mondays - October 5, October 19 and November 2 from 10:00am - 11:30am.
